What happend ? MANY GOOD PPL GOT Scammed........uncle uni tell u whole story,what i noticed.

At start hello i am from Jupiter,every morning we got there a guy with nice shop,he is all time selling rings,and nice mith items.

3-4moth ago in our jupiter was very werid sytuation,LukeTR ( best bl ) was hacked,but hacker steal only few items like mith gloves,rings.rw3+7.That was time when eof 8 dont drop in ic2 so eof 8 was totaly overprice ( about 8kkk ) and hacker dont steal this eof lol,there was some ppl scammed like luke,for example,SEMOLA ( good fb ) and same systuation,hacker steal only rings and few items,but no weapon etc...after som1 from squadra gulid make topic in forum and make this systauion very big ( Squadra gulid = gulid SEMOLA,systauion very big= all in whole jupiter know thaht Luke was hacked ) hacker stop,but idk how to say that,every all morning a werid guy all time i selling nice items,tons of CR+2,ROL+2,manyy rw3+6/7,and ever day new mith items... i noticed that those items are from old ppl who quit ( for example hacker was selling mith suit +11 7m amp 140hp,real owner of this suit was offline 6moths...) and there was VERY MANY OLD ITEMS,guys old ppl know good items etc..

BUt now hacker start to hack ppl who is inactive just a bit like,Larry007 fs with great gear,hacker scammed him ( proof ? boots mith 14 amp +9 in shop 5 days after log Larry [Larry cant play now] we got just 2x mith boots 14 amp in jupiter ) Second person is BacardiBrezze,he is hacked too...

I am wrating becouse i dont know what i think about this sytuation..
LukeTR told us that he didnt log in webiste cabal 2years,and anyway he didnt remember his pass to webiste LOL,he just played and his bro.AND all those guys got ban after hack ( sub pass block )

I speaked with a friends from Mercury gulid ( SantaS ),in merucry is same sysutation.

I dont accusing GM,no no but smth is happend,we normal players just want play and be safe but now,hacker hack ppl like a fuking god

My idea is to send tickets about hacking problem to support cabal,maybe they do something with this sytuation.All dont care about it but one day if u woke up and u see u char only with pants then u will know what feel hacked people.U can hate X person,u can fight with Y gulid BUT WE ALL PLAY CABAL ONLINE,and sometimes we must do something together to make cabal better game

I will write there a simple ticket what u can just copy and paste in cabal suporrt,but u can creat your own ticket,the idea is to send many tickets about this problem from all serv

Well my english is crap,if u can make better ticket then do that,but idea must be always same,ticket must be about this hacker
( if u know hacker names from Mars,Mercury write that in ticket,THIS guys must sell good items every day ( maybe not every but many times,he always got unblocked set,he never answer pm and mail,sometimes he got low lv and other his char got high ;p his shop got always name like WA+11 FS +11 etc etc

In case you haven't heard, multiple games (MMOs) got hacked : Eve Online, Runescape, World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online ... etc.

They probably fucked Cabal up also, for whatever reason, and that's all that will be done about it. The admins will never admit their servers got breached, even if that was the case.

In other words, I've worked with the GMs for 13 months, and they would rather ignore the past than try to help the ones affected by this. They will say "from NOW ON" we'll help (maybe), but the past is past.

Ofc they dont care becouse that is not gm problem,but if we make problem big,maybe then they will care 2 min our of life for send ticket is nothing ^.^

I played Ratza wow 1year,if some1 got hack there,u have just to wirte ticket with all pass,they chceck logs and u got your account with all back ^^ i know that is cabal but still we can show gm that we want clear cabal without hax etc

Trust me, you can do in Cabal what Blizzard does in WoW, the support is there (logs, traces, etc) it's just that the admins (GM.com) do not want to do it.
If they say : Hey, we provide full support for theft or hacks or whatever, do you imagine what that means ? Thousands of tickets with OMFG I GOT HACKED, I LOST MY ITEMS, GIVE MY ITEMS BACK, both true and false.

That would mean that the GMs, which are now roughly 10 - 12, for 30.000+ users, will have 800% workload.
THAT is the reason why they don't want to offer support, not because they can't, but because they don't have the personnel to do it. You would need 8 - 10 more GMs, doing only this, for months, to clear the mess in Cabal. They can barely cope with the current amount of work, and they still don't do much, let alone if they have to work 8 times more, compared to now.

Sorry to say it, but they want the most Euros, with the least amount of work, and that is easily seen in the company mentality. This is why I left GM.com, when I saw that me and them don't have the same goals (to make the game a better place for everyone).

PS: I had to teach them how to read a log, and after that, they started banning more often. Most likely, they don't do stuff because they don't know how to do it, not because they can't.

I think that is not so hard to chceck ip and block all hacker accounts !! look at ah this guy some1 time is puting 2x rw3+7 etc

I know that gm cant stop that,cabal is just game,but if they cant stop that then they should try to hamper a hacker live.
so my idea was to spam support with tickets

These low level hackers are actually alz sellers who stopped botting (since it costs them euros to pay for electricity and such) and started stealing items (much cheaper).

I bet that he has 40 - 50kkk or more on that account. Spamming with support tickets doesn't help, because the GMs don't care about the game itself, for them it's just another job.
When I wanted to make a difference, and ban everyone that cheated, they stopped me. We argued, they didn't let me do it, and so I left them with their corrupted mentality.

You know what will happen ? They will sort the ticket by subject, and select all the ones with your subject, and close them with an automated reply. That takes them 2 minutes also, for 1000 tickets.

If you want to make a difference, ask them to hire someone that actually knows what the fuck he's doing, and ban those fuckers, someone that knows the game preferably, and that has full access to logs. This is a lot of work, and it will require a hefty amount of euros, but maybe that will clean the game a bit.

How i can ask them xD? i am just a little player in cabal world like other who is playing cabal

if they block our tickets with hacker thing,then they dont read ticket about hire a guy to clear it xD

Mannaja ( solaris member ) sold all items,he get 15kkk,he lend 1kkk to other our member,and after that he get ban lol xD still not unbanned,no reason in mail.If they ban him for alz selling ( we think that) so they can notice that 20lv guy got 50bil in inv .. .?

Of course they can find such things out, they have a whole database with INFINITE query possibilities. If char level < 50 & alz amount > 2kkk -> List chars.

Then all you have to do is look at each char, with whom he traded. If it's a 180 one, it might be an alt character, for storing alz or selling items. If it's another <50 level, then you might have found an alz bank.

The possibilities are infinite when it comes to extracting data out of the database, but they just don't want to invest the time and effort it takes to do a proper script.
